Check your bid package before you submit

Upload the solicitation and your bid package, made with BidRep or anywhere else, submitted or not. We check your package against the solicitation's own requirements and tell you what we found, what we couldn't find, and what to look at yourself.

  1. Add the solicitationPick a bid listed on BidRep, or upload the agency's documents.
  2. Add your bid packageThe files you submitted or plan to submit: PDF, Word, Excel or a zip.
  3. Get your reportIn a few minutes: each requirement marked Found, Not found or Check by eye.

What it checks

  • Every form the solicitation asks for
  • Every item the bid must include
  • Amendments acknowledged
  • Page limits, fonts, sizes and margins, measured from your files
  • File type and the bid's file naming rule
  • Whether each scoring factor is addressed

What it doesn't do

  • Decide whether your bid is compliant or responsive. Only the agency decides that.
  • Look at or judge your prices.
  • See handwriting, signatures or notary seals. Those are marked "Check by eye".
  • Replace reading the solicitation yourself.

Your files aren't kept. They're deleted as soon as the check finishes. The report is kept 30 days so you can come back to it, and you can delete it any time.
