Privacy policy

This policy explains what BidRep collects and why.

What we collect

Your email address; the company profile you enter (trades, states, certifications, licenses, bonding, past projects, contact details); documents you upload; and the bid packages we generate for you. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To sign you in, keep a record of the agreements you sign (your name, title, company, email, date and time, internet address and browser), match bids, build your bid packages, send the emails you signed up for, and run billing. You can change when your bid email arrives, or unsubscribe, at any time from your company profile or the link in every email. Uploaded documents and your profile are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to generate your packages.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information and we don't show your profile or packages to other customers.

Service providers

Hosting (Railway), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend) and AI processing (Anthropic) handle data on our behalf.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time. You can delete your account yourself, any time, from your company profile or plan page ("Delete my account"). That permanently deletes your sign-in, company profile, bid packages and their files, and your bid email history, and cancels any paid plan right away.

What we keep after you delete your account

We keep the agreements you signed (your name, title, company, email, the date and time, internet address and browser, and the exact wording) and a record of the deletion, because they are our legal record of the terms you agreed to. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.
