Terms of service
Effective October 14, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you, and the company you represent, and TMA Advisors, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as BidRep ("BidRep", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing an agreement in the app, or using BidRep, you agree to them.
1. What BidRep does
BidRep collects publicly posted government bid opportunities, matches them to the profile you provide, and uses automated tools, including AI, to prepare summaries, checklists, filled-in forms and draft bid documents to help you respond.
2. BidRep is a software tool
BidRep is software. BidRep and TMA Advisors, LLC are not your attorney, agent, representative, broker, consultant, advisor, fiduciary, partner, joint venturer, employee, contractor or subcontractor, and using BidRep does not create any of those relationships. Nothing BidRep provides, including any form, draft, checklist, summary or cross-check, is legal, accounting, tax, insurance, bonding, engineering or other professional advice.
3. Your bids are your responsibility
You use BidRep, and every form, draft and bid document it produces, at your own risk. You are solely responsible for reading the official solicitation and all amendments, verifying every requirement, date and figure, setting your price, and deciding whether, what and how to bid, sign and submit. BidRep does not submit bids for you. We recommend that you consult your own licensed attorney before you use any form or document from BidRep or submit any bid; if you choose not to, that decision is yours.
4. Source data
Opportunity information comes from public government sources such as SAM.gov and state and local procurement websites. We link to the original notice, and the official notice always controls. We do not guarantee that every opportunity is captured, that listings are complete, accurate or current, or that emails will arrive at any particular time.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in email secure. Don't share accounts, resell output, or use the service to violate any law or any procurement rule.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
7. No warranties
BidRep is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, compliance with any solicitation or law, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any bid will be accepted, found responsive or awarded.
8. Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release BidRep, TMA Advisors, LLC and their owners, members, managers, employees and agents from all claims and liability for bids that are not won, are rejected or are disqualified, and for any losses arising from your use of BidRep, including lost profits, lost contracts, bid preparation costs, forfeited bid bonds, penalties, liquidated damages and missed deadlines.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidRep and TMA Advisors, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost contracts or lost data, however caused. Our total liability for any claim relating to BidRep is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. You cover us for claims from your bids
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BidRep, TMA Advisors, LLC and their owners, members, managers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your bids, your contracts, your use of BidRep, or your breach of these terms.
11. Electronic signatures and records
When you tick the boxes and type your name in BidRep, you sign electronically, and your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one under the federal E-SIGN Act and Florida's Uniform Electronic Transaction Act. We keep a record of each agreement you sign (your name, title, company, email, the date and time, your internet address and browser, and the exact wording), and we email you a copy. You can download your copies any time from "Your agreements".
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. When we make a material change we'll ask you to review and sign the new version in the app before you continue, and your bid emails pause until you do.
14. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part is enforced to the fullest extent permitted.
