THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS; THE VA IS NOT SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, in support of the VISN 20 Northwest Network and VA Puget Sound Health Care System, is requesting information on vendors capable of providing as-needed mobile surgical laser rentals with accompanying certified and credentialed technicians at the following location: VA Puget Sound Health Care System 1660 South Columbian Way Seattle, WA 98108 The anticipated period of performance is one (1) 12-month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods. Monthly and/or bimonthly as-needed rentals are anticipated. Description of Services The contractor shall furnish mobile surgical laser equipment and certified and/or credentialed technician support for Urology and Otolaryngology/ENT procedures. The technician will deliver the equipment to the operating room, set up and operate or support operation, troubleshoot, remain available during procedures, and remove it afterward.
