Pre-Solicitation Notice: NGWSP Cutter Lateral Reach 21 Booster Plant PURPOSE: The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Basin Region, Four Corners Construction Office (FCCO), is issuing this pre-solicitation notice for a contemplated construction project titled: Navajo Gallup Water Supply Project (NGWSP) Cutter Lateral Reach 21 Booster Plant. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Part 14 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) with a set-aside for small businesses. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement. Based on market research it was determined that there were a sufficient number of qualified small businesses with sufficient bonding capacity to perform as the prime contractor on this project, and as such, it is anticipated to be set-aside for small businesses.
