SUBJECT: ARCHITECT-ENGINEER (A-E) ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES ID/IQ: TITLE I, TITLE II, AND OTHER A-E SERVICES TO ADMINISTER, COORDINATE AND TECHNICALLY SUPPORT ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS OF INTEREST TO THE GOVERNMENT Agency: Department of the Air Force Office: Air Force Materiel Command Location: WR-ALC POC: PCO Tad Williams CONTRACT INFORMATION Requirements Contract for Title I, Title II, and Other A-E Environmental Services. The basic award period will be for one year from the date of award. In addition, there will be four annual option years. The applicable NAICS is 541620, Size Standard: $19M. A-E Selection procedures will be used to competitively award one ID/IQ contracts using full and open competition. There will be only ONE contract awarded. This contract will be non-commercial with the use of Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), and Cost Reimbursement - No Fee (CRNF) contract line items (CLINs). The period of performance for the contract will be five years, a basic year plus four annual option years. The anticipated date of award is September 2026.
