USMCFP SPRINGFIELD MEDICAL WASTE DISPOSAL: STATEMENT OF WORK Subject The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make a single award to a responsible entity for the provision of Medical Waste Disposal for USMCFP Springfield. Medical Waste Disposal services shall only be used for medical hazardous waste that cannot be disposed of with garbage removed by the standard trash service. This contract is for Medical Waste Disposal that will need to be provided every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday throughout the contract. Place of Performance Services for Medical Waste Disposal will be performed at the address 1900 W Sunshine St. Springfield, Missouri 65807. There is a commercial entrance off Sunshine Steet to access the property. The driver will proceed to the talk box and receive directions from the officer. There is a small structure that houses medical waste. Period of Performance USMCFP Springfield is soliciting for a 12-month period of performance to start date of award and end 12 months after date of award with a 6-month option to extend to 18 months after date of original award.
