The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, will release a solicitation for Painting and Maintenance Services in Apartments Leased in Paris and its vicinity by the Embassy of the United States in France. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and any necessary items to perform interior painting, minor plaster/drywall repair, and general make-ready maintenance (electricity, plumbing and carpentry) services between tenant occupancies. The Government estimates servicing approximately 80 to 100 apartments per year. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The estimated ceiling values for the entire five-year period of performance are between the minimum value of 7,500 Euros ($ 8543) and the not-to-exceed value of 2,925,960 Euros ($ 3,375,000).
