361 Perry Point Perry Point, MD 21902-1103 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and management to complete the construction of infrastructure upgrades in compliance with all VA solicitation drawings and specifications, and contract requirements, as prescribed in the RFP solicitation and attachments. Contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition/removal of existing structures.
