THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors with the capability to provide environmental (mechanical) dredging and placement of contaminated sediment construction services in the Monguagon Creek Upper Trenton Channel (MCUTC) located in Riverview, Michigan. The project will consist of work associated with the environmental maintenance dredging of the Monguagon Creek Upper Trenton Channel located in Riverview, Michigan. There are no options included with the solicitation. The channel is situated just south of Bridge Road and the Grosse Ile Toll Bridge. The primary goal of the project is to remove contaminated sediment from Sediment Management Area 1 (maximum 4 feet depth) and Area 2 (maximum 25 feet depth). Approximately 28,100 cubic yards of material is planned to be removed using mechanical dredging means with transport and placement of the contaminat
