PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit proposals for Courier Services for the Sterile Processing Services from qualified quoters. The Health Services Area (HSA) 5.2, VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) requires the Contractor provide transportation of contaminated medical instruments and equipment for the reprocessing of specified reusable medical equipment from sites within the VA Northern California Health Care System, and deliver them to the designated Sterile Processing Service locations. The Period of Performance will be for a Base year and four one-year options. The anticipated start date will be on or near June 01, 2027. The Solicitation will be issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside. Quoters will be considered eligible under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following; Small Business Administration (SBA) https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ .
