Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is soliciting for specific services manufactured by only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). A firm fixed price (FFP) contract will be awarded for the procurement of UPS Eaton Refurbishment in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) with a base year CLIN in the quantity of one (1) lot and no option years. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with FAR 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation, issued as request for quotation (RFQ) N0025327Q7001, is attached to this announcement.
