NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD The Department of War, Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Regional Directorate, intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to New Gnosis, Inc., Ashburn, Virginia, CAGE Code 25PQ7, for a two-day supervisory development workshop supporting Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS), N52 Foreign Military Sales. This notice is issued for informational and market research purposes only. This is not a request for competitive quotations, proposals, or offers.
