This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation Notice. The final solicitation package will follow. This project is supported by the Great American Outdoor Act (GAOA) Summary: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed-price design-build construction contract for the demolition of the existing cold storage building and the design and construction of a new detached cold storage facility of approximately 5,500 to 5,800 square feet. The project is located in a remote area of King Salmon, Alaska. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, shipping, handling, logistics support, and incidentals necessary to complete the work.
