The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP), is conducting market research to identify qualified and interested businesses capable of performing the Design-Build (DB) project described below. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information or industry response to this notice or any follow-up information requests.
