The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Caribbean District issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Quality Assurance Services across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The contractor shall provide comprehensive quality assurance oversight supporting Civil Works, International and Interagency Services (IIS), and Military Construction (MILCON) projects, including navigation, flood risk management, coastal protection, environmental restoration, water resources, and military or federal installations.
