cleaning of the TDY apartment during guest stays. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, supplies and equipment, except for limited items the Government provides. The Government plans to award multiple firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Each contract will have a 12-month base period and three 12-month option periods. Prices will be in euros. The Government will award to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offerors that it finds responsible.
