Description The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, is seeking to identify qualified sources for Master-at-Arms (MA) Career Training Continuum (CTC) Instructor Services as required by the Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR). This training shall be conducted for Navy personnel and others at Naval Technical Training Center (NTTC) Lackland Joint Base, San Antonio, TX.
