Southeast Washington, DC. GSA anticipates awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for the new construction of the Gate 7 Parking Garage and associated site, utility, security, stormwater, landscape, and infrastructure improvements. The project will support the operational needs of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) at the St. Elizabeths West Campus. This acquisition is for construction services only. The project design is being completed separately by GSA’s Architect of Record, ZGF.
