Revision 0001: This revision attaches the Real Property Inventory for contractor reference. The inventory will be officially attached to the solicitation via an amendment at the same time as the amendment for the Q&A. The contractor shall perform the BASOPS work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), herein identified as Annex A Overarching PWS.Requirements: The Government will issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), non-personal services contract as defined under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561210- Facilities Support Services to provide Base Operations Maintenance and Support Services (BASOPS), which include six (6) functional areas covered under this PWS: Grounds Maintenance, Pavement Clearance (Snow, Ice, and Sand Removal), Facility Maintenance, Facility Maintenance - Horizontal, Heating and Cooling Services, and Army Cemetery.
