The Medical Acquisition Support Office-A, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX is conducting market research to identify responsible sources capable of providing continued Neurocognitive Assessment Testing (NCAT) Support Services which provides certified exam proctors who facilitate, schedule, administer, and supervise neurocognitive assessment testing for Military Service Members (SMs). These assessments are clinically vital for identifying traumatic brain injuries (TBI), evaluating cognitive readiness, and establishing baseline cognitive profiles. The Government is assessing the availability of sources capable of performing the requirement for a period of up to nine months beginning 03 December 2026. The Government seeks information regarding industry capability to meet the requirements without unacceptable disruption to mission operations. NOTE: This requirement will terminate services upon completion of 9 months or shorter time period and there is no further follow-on effort for these services.
