Valves (TV3 and TV4) at the John Day Lock and Dam (JDA). See the attached Solicitation, which includes the Specifications, and the attached Planset for all details. Because a similar requirement at The Dalles Lock and Dam will be solicited after this solicitation, the Government will host the following two site visits on Tuesday, 03 November 2026: 1. 9:00 A.M. @ John Day Dam (Oregon side), Exit 109 from I-84, John Day Dam Rd, Rufus, OR 97050. Check in with security at the front gate and then proceed to the parking lot across the road from the construction trailer; see the link up location map in the solicitation amendment notice. 2. 2:00 P.M. @ The Dalles Dam (Washington side), Lyle, WA 98635. Take US-197N and exit towards The Dalles Dam Boat Launch and park on the left
