FCI SHERIDAN WATER LOOP REPAIR Solicitation No. 15B61227Q00000001 Project No. 26Z6AV4 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Sheridan, requests firm-fixed-price quotations for repairs to the underground pre-insulated hot-water distribution loop at 27072 SW Ballston Road, Sheridan, Oregon 97378. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, technical engineering, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete repairs at Locations A and B, including structural pipe lining, mechanical repairs, excavation, testing, and surface restoration. The SF 1449, amendments, and attached Statement of Work and Drawings establish the solicitation requirements.
