Provide complete design services, including all necessary schematics, design development, surveys, cost estimates, construction drawings and specifications, and construction period services (CPS) for solicitation to upgrade and replace all elevators and elevator components at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220 and the Ft. Thoms Domiciliary, 1000 S. Ft. Thomas Ave, Ft. Thomas, KY 41075. This project will modernize, replace, and repair 21 elevators that are deteriorated, outdated, or frequently out of service. Several elevators contain obsolete components that are no longer available for purchase, requiring replacement to ensure continued reliability and maintainability. Other units require upgrades to doors, flooring, and ceiling finishes due to normal use and deterioration.
