This notice is issued solely for market-research and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, request for quote, or commitment by the Government to procure services. The Government will not reimburse respondents for costs associated with responding to this notice. Minimum Requirements Interested sources must be able to provide, or coordinate as applicable, the following: A slip with suitable cleats and mooring infrastructure for an 89-foot length overall (LOA), 20-foot beam, and 6-foot draft vessel.
