The Government seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive esports program support services, including consulting, program planning, logistical coordination, competition and event execution, and ongoing program support for participating DoWEA Pacific Region schools. Services will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a structured interscholastic esports program across 12 high schools within the Pacific Region. The contractor shall provide the personnel, expertise, management, and resources necessary to perform the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government will retain overall program management authority through the designated Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Acquisition: Vendors shall ensure that all submitted documents are signed and dated, where applicable, legible, virus-free, and provided in PDF or Microsoft Office formats.
