This Request for Information (RFI) announcement seeks capability statements from interested vendors. b. The Government will not pay any costs incurred in the preparation of information for responding to this market survey or the Government¿s use of the information. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Government will not provide feedback. c.
