Description: Â The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLR VAMC) has developed this project for the purpose of replacing and expanding the electrical distribution infrastructure serving the A-Wing of Building 1 (the main hospital tower). Generally, the work shall be required to include, but not be limited to the replacement and expansion of the secondary electrical distribution system serving A-Wing of Building 1 and the expansion and modification of the existing primary Medical Center campus electrical distribution system as required to support those improvements including work associated within Building 01 (A-Wing), Building 23, and adjacent exterior/campus utility areas as indicated in the contract drawings and specifications. Â Definitization of Equitable Adjustments: Â When/if change orders are issued under the resulting contract, they will be issued under the following authority(s): FAR 52.243-4, Changes (JUL 2025) (Deviation), VAAR 852.243-70, Construction Contract Changes Supplement (SEP 2019).
