This is NOT a solicitation, but market research to determine potential qualified sources capable of providing Aviation Support Equipment Load Testing for JBSA Lackland. All interested vendors must be capable of meeting the technical and operational standards detailed in the attached. This notice does not constitute a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.
