This solicitation seeks proposals for printing services for the U.S. Embassy Hanoi and its agencies under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the period November 2026 through December 2030. The Contractor must have extensive experience providing printing services and be capable of delivering high-quality work in accordance with the technical requirements outlined in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) package. The Contractor shall submit a quotation inclusive of VAT (if applicable) and any other anticipated charges. The quotation must address all elements of this Statement of Work (SOW) and demonstrate the Contractor's ability to provide qualified personnel, necessary equipment, and sufficient financial resources to perform the required work.
