FCC Form 470 #270001194 (Internet & Wide Area Network), funding year 2027. Owatonna School District 761, Owatonna, MN. Requested: internet access. The applicant may sign a contract from 2026-10-26 (28 days after posting); its RFP may set its own deadline. Bidders need an FCC Registration Number and a SPIN (service provider ID). Owatonna Public Schools is seeking a minimum of 5GB Internet bandwidth and a minimum of 10GB lit fiber optic WAN service for 10 facilities. The service provider will provide all installation, configuration, & maintenance of services, and equipment needed as part of the service provisioning. Owatonna Public Schools will not own or maintain any on-premise equipment required to hand off services to the internal LAN. The contract services must not contain any options for Owatonna Public Schools to own or purchase on-premise equipment and must be provided as part of the endto-end service from the service provider. We would also like anyone that bids this to provide a 1 year, 3 year, & a 5 year option.
