The applicant may sign a contract from 2026-11-05 (28 days after posting); its RFP may set its own deadline. Bidders need an FCC Registration Number and a SPIN (service provider ID). We are requesting symmetrical Internet access delivered over leased lit fiber for the following locations: LaGrange Memorial Library 115 Alford St. LaGrange GA 30240 Hogansville Public Library 310 Johnson St. Hogansville GA 30230 Harris County Public Library 7511 GA Hwy 116 Hamilton GA 31811 Please quote speeds of 1, 2, 5 and 10 gigabit over a fiber circuit available for these locations, fees for 5 static IP addresses, and estimated taxes and other surcharges. Service Provider will provide all necessary equipment, IP addresses, connections, routers, etc. needed for Internet Access at the library. The vendor will be responsible for all service, maintenance, support, and monitoring of Internet connections.
