The applicant may sign a contract from 2026-10-29 (28 days after posting); its RFP may set its own deadline. Bidders need an FCC Registration Number and a SPIN (service provider ID). PROPOSALS are due Friday, November 6, 2026 by 12:00 noon CST. The headend is located at the DO/Joseph Hill ECC located at 1500 McDaniel Ave., Evanston, IL. The district currently has a 2Gb Internet connection that serves the district and is seeking proposals for a new Internet connection at 2-Gbps or 5-Gbps (new option), preferrable that provides and supports ineligible DDOS services. For e-rate purposes, DDOS costs need to be on a separate line so it can be cost allocated out from the eligible service. Please provide pricing for 1, 2 and 3 years.
