All accepted bids and any resulting contract shall be contingent upon successful E-Rate funding. Vendor is presumed to know the statutory requirements for contracts for public entities. Contracts must comply with applicable Oklahoma statutes and the Oklahoma Administrative Code, including OAC 165:59-7-19. 2. Vendor may submit bids for multi-year contracts up to five years in length, including contracts with voluntary annual renewals. Bids featuring a one-year contract with four voluntary annual renewals (for a total of five years if all renewals are exercised) are preferred.
