The applicant may sign a contract from 2026-11-02 (28 days after posting); its RFP may set its own deadline. Bidders need an FCC Registration Number and a SPIN (service provider ID). The Genesee District Library (GDL) is soliciting bids from qualified providers for a service area wide network transport solution and for Internet access. The Headquarters building serves as the head end and meet point for the distribution of services between the Headquarters and the branch locations. Vendors are required to respond to the needs of each branch location at the addresses provided in the attached RFP. Each of the participating branch locations may have similar or varying requirements for bandwidth transport and vendors will be required to provide the monthly recurring transport charges, along with any one time construction costs and installation charges per erate guidelines.
