The applicant may sign a contract from 2026-11-12 (28 days after posting); its RFP may set its own deadline. Bidders need an FCC Registration Number and a SPIN (service provider ID). The applicant wishes to purchase five-year license renewals for 188 existing HPE Aruba access points (Part # Q9Y60AAE) . All equipment shall be new and shall include manufacturer warranty (three year). If equipment is different from what is requested, documentation must be provided with the proposal demonstrating that the proposed equipment is equivalent and will work in the existing network or the proposal will not be considered. .
