We seek symmetrical bandwidth at 12 Gbps scalable to 15 Gbps with guaranteed throughput to the Applicants head-end located at the J. C. Rice Educational Services Center, 2720 California Road, Elkhart, IN 46514, beginning July 1, 2027. We seek a 3-year contract with the option for two 1-year voluntary extensions; other terms will be considered.
