comprehensive. Each Bidder is responsible for determining all factors necessary for submission of a comprehensive Bid. The State of Iowa is seeking bidders to provide electrician services at State owned and leased locations exclusively within Zone 3. The resulting contract(s) is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for electrician services. The Bidder must furnish labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing, and incidentals for task orders issued under this Contract. Individual task orders will define specific work locations, drawings (if any), quantities, schedules, and deliverables.
