IDOT letting item 066-66R49 (region 2, district 3): Removal and replacement of the existing culvert structure (SN 019-2519) with an elliptical 60"x38" pipe culvert carrying IL 64 over a tributary to Owens Creek located about 0.3 miles east of McQueen Rd. Additional work includes roadway resurfacing, guardrail removal, and slope and ditch grading. This project is being combined with a project to remove and replace SN 019-2004 carrying IL 64 over a stream in DeKalb County in Phase II under Contract No. 66R49. Approximately 7.32 miles gross length. Bids due 12:00 PM Central on November 6, 2026; bidders must be prequalified and request authorization to bid before the cut-off on IDOT's letting schedule.
