19-RFPQ-2327812727 -TMM PRIME CONTRACTORS FOR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES ACQUISITION AND DEMOLITION. The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Emergency Management (NCEM), Hazard Mitigation Office is seeking to qualify highly skilled Prime Contractors to perform residential property acquisition and structure demolition services located across North Carolina. This work will be completed through the NCEM Hazard Mitigation program and includes, but is not limited to, project scoping, pre-construction services, construction/demolition activities, post-construction services, and closeout services of eligible structures.1.1 PREQUALIFICATIONThis RFPQ, by itself, is not a contract. It is merely the first part of a potential contract that will also include the individual Invitation to Bid (IFB), potential BAFOs (Best and Final Offers), and any other additional documents or amendments.
