The New York City (the 'City') Department of Design and Construction ('DDC' or the 'Department') is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified list ('PQL') of contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to perform small, medium and large reconstruction and restoration work of landmarked and landmark-quality buildings for various capital construction projects.
