Emergency Sewer Work. Design and Construction. Construction/Construction Services. Request for Qualifications. PIN PQL000127. The New York City (the 'City') Department of Design and Construction ('DDC' or the 'Department') is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified list ('PQL') of contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to reconstruct and/or replace collapsed or otherwise defective sewers and appurtenances for which the City is responsible or otherwise deemed necessary as ordered by the Engineer, and to perform ancillary restoration work, on an emergency basis, in the five boroughs of the City of New York.
