Bid Extension: Payroll Managed Services. Education. Goods and Services. Request for Proposals. PIN R1861040. Proposal submissions in response to the RFP must be sent via electronic mail ('The Proposal Submission Email') to [email protected] (the 'RFP Submission Email Address'). The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) on behalf of the Division of Instructional and Information Technology is seeking proposals from organizations experienced in and capable of providing comprehensive managed services for large scale payroll systems, which will result in high quality implementation of a new payroll system for the DOE. PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M. EST, NOVEMBER 19, 2026 . LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in one (1) requirement contract agreement. The awarded contract will be for a term of five (5). NYCDOE reserves the unilateral option to extend the contract for two (2) additional two-year periods. It is anticipated that services will commence on or about July 1, 2027.
