Request for Proposals for Master Contractors for Agency Survey Work. Health and Mental Hygiene. Services (other than human services). Competitive Sealed Proposals. PIN 81627P0002. The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene ('NYC Health Department' or 'the Agency'), is seeking appropriately qualified vendors to conduct survey research, data collection, and analytical services in support of its public health programs, policy development, and evaluation initiatives on an on-call basis. The selected contractor(s) will assist the Agency in designing, administering, and analyzing surveys targeting diverse populations across New York City. The contract term is anticipated to be from July 1, 2027, to February 28, 2034, with no renewal options. There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference at 1:00 p.m., ET, on October 15, 2026, via teleconference. Attendance by proposers is optional but strongly recommended by the NYC Health Department.
