**For full description please see attached solicitation** The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items to include non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This is a non-personal services contract to provide janitorial services at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, F.E. Warren Resident Office (Bldg 305 = 1,100 sf and Bldg 306 = 2200 sf). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services for the Corps of Engineers as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
