VA Northern California Health Care System 612A4-27-018 Page 4 of 5 Statement of Work Replace B650 3rd and 2nd Flooring Project #612A4-27-018 General Intention: The purpose of this project is to replace flooring, resilient base, stainless steel corner guards, and paint throughout B650 3rd and 2nd Floor of the Sacramento Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) of VA Northern California Healthcare System (VANCHCS). Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials needed to perform all demolition, replacement, and installation required by this scope as required by specifications. Visits to the site by bidders may be made only by appointment with the Contracting Officer (CO) for the project. A preliminary/pre-proposal site visit is strongly encouraged and shall be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
