Program, consisting of Top-Secret Construction Security *Team Leaders (TL), *Assistant Team Leaders (ATL), Cleared American Guards (CAGs), Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs), and *Site Security Coordinators (SSC), referred to herein as Site Security Personnel (SSP). *Personnel selected as Team Leaders, Assistant Team Leaders, and Site Security Coordinators will be derived from the base labor categories of CSTs and/or CAGs. DOS is specifically seeking to identify companies that have the skills and capabilities to support this effort, establish suggestions that industry may have to enhance efficiency and improve quality for the performance of these requirements.
