Sourcing Squadron (772 ESS) is is executing a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) project to renovate existing military working dog (MWD) facilities and construct a new addition at Vandenberg Space Force Base (SFB), California. Under this agreement, the selected contractor will execute both the progressive design and physical construction to deliver a fully functional, code-compliant compound (Project Number: XUMU171121C). The current MWD kennel and admin facilities (Buildings 6444 and 6447) at Vandenberg SFB fail quarterly inspections and contain critical safety hazards that endanger military personnel and canine assets.
