This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information gathering and acquisition planning purposes. This notice does not constitute a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or a commitment by the Government to award a contract. The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of meeting the requirements described herein and to support acquisition planning activities.
