PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE GENERAL ACQUISITION INFORMATION Document / Reference Identifier: W9127N27QA001 Requirement Title: Bonneville Lock and Dam Commercial Equipment Transport Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division (NWD), Portland District intends to issue a commercial services solicitation, W9127N27QA001, for Bonneville Lock and Dam Commercial Equipment Transport Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) per the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO FAR) Part 12 (Commercial Products and Commercial Services). Upon identifying BPA holder(s), the Government authorized call ordering official will request bids among Agreement holders, and a binding firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded as the Call is placed. The call order will result in a non-personal service contract for the transport of Bonneville’s light duty – up to heavy-haul equipment between the Oregon & Washington Shore facilities via public highways. The contractor will mobilize the appropriate DOT-compliant transport vehicle(s) scaled to the equipment being transported, accounting for the contractor determined safest legal route, obtaining all required permit
